Own technical evolution of a two-tier CMS (Strapi + Redis cache API) across 10 repos / 5 brands, serving ~40M cached requests/month.
Lead Strapi v4→v5 modernization assessment and planning: ran an initial PoC to surface key constraints and structure the migration into actionable workstreams; detailed implementation decisions are still being validated.
Evaluate a shared-package approach across repositories, using code-divergence analysis to identify what can be safely standardized before implementation.
Maintain and evolve the existing Redis cache tier using stale-while-revalidate, request coalescing, and CMS-triggered refresh.
Audited and remediated SSO/OIDC issues (token exposure, missing verification, sensitive logging).
Lead technical delivery for 2 PCs + 1 junior; evaluate safe adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
